MEASURE
A structured, confidential assessment is administered separately to your leadership team, your management layer, and your wider workforce — each group assessed independently, so we can see where alignment exists and where it's only assumed.
DIAGNOSE
The results are scored, interpreted, and compiled into your AI Readiness Diagnostic Report - a clear picture of where your organisation actually stands, and what to address first.
Where the diagnosis points to a next step — a leadership alignment session, a capability-building programme, a commercial-model review — that becomes a separate, scoped engagement. The diagnostic itself never assumes what you need before the data is in.
WHAT You Receive
At the end of the diagnostic, you receive a confidential report covering:
- An executive summary — your organisation’s overall AI-readiness position, in plain terms.
- Findings at each level — leadership, management, and workforce — with clear strengths and gaps.
- Where the levels agree, and where they quietly don’t.
- Your organisation’s position on a five-level AI maturity scale, from Aware through to AI-Native.
- A short, prioritised list of what to address first — not a generic action plan, but the specific next step your own data points to.
You will not receive the assessment instruments themselves, their scoring logic, or raw individual responses — these remain part of Convergent’s controlled methodology, administered only through the diagnostic engagement itself. What you receive is the finding, not the mechanism.

How long does the AI Readiness Diagnostic take?
Typically four to six weeks from the initial conversation to the final report, depending on organisation size and how quickly responses are collected.
Will I see the actual assessment questions or scoring method?
No. The instruments, their items, and the scoring methodology are Convergent’s proprietary methodology and are never shared outside a live, controlled engagement. What you receive is the diagnostic finding — the report — not the underlying tool.
Is my team’s data confidential?
Yes. Workforce- and management-level responses are collected anonymously, with safeguards in place so that no individual can be identified from the results, even in smaller teams.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You decide. Some organisations use the report to plan internally. Others move into a scoped follow-on engagement — a leadership alignment session, a capability-building programme, or a deeper transformation engagement — based specifically on what the diagnostic surfaced, not a pre-set package.
Is this only for companies already struggling with AI adoption?
No. It’s equally useful for organisations that haven’t started yet and want to move deliberately, and for those already mid-transition who want an honest read on what’s actually working.
